Cumin-Spiced Green Plantain Chips
Ingredients
- 1 whole green plantain ¼" slice
- 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
- ½ lemon juice of
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Slice plantain into ¼" slices. The thinner the slice the more crispy the chip, the thicker the slice the more "pillow-like" the chip will be.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season with spices.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve hot out of the oven and serve with guacamole.
