Servings 2
Ingredients
- 2 whole avocados
- 1/4 red onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 halve lime (juice)
- 1/4 cup cilantro minced
- salt & pepper to taste
- chips (I use Siete Grain-Free Tortilla Chips)
Instructions
- Remove skins and pits from your avocado. Set one pit to the side.
- Mashup both avocados with a fork until lumps are removed. Make it as lumpy or smooth as you like.
- Mince your garlic, cilantro, and onion.
- Add to avocados. Squeeze 1/2 lime in the mix. Mix all together.
- Salt and pepper to taste. That's it! Easy does it and entirely guilt free.
- Place the pit in the bowl with the avocado blend (the pit helps to keep the color intact).
