Cumin-Spiced Green Plantain Chips

green plantain
¼" slice

tbsp
avocado or olive oil
½
lemon
juice of

tsp
cumin
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Slice plantain into ¼" slices. The thinner the slice the more crispy the chip, the thicker the slice the more "pillow-like" the chip will be.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with spices.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve hot out of the oven and serve with
guacamole
.
