Feel like having something extra special on your yogurt? Just add dried organic rose petals, fresh mint leaves and a drizzle of honey for a fanciful touch!

Yogurt with Rose, Mint & Honey

Ingredients

  • 1 cup goat yogurt (or compliant Greek yogurt)
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint stems removed
  • 1 small handful dried organic edible rose petals petals only
  • wild local honey drizzled

Instructions

  • Scoop yogurt into a small bowl.
  • Dried edible roses come in tight buds. Simply roll around with your fingers or in the palm of your hand to release the petals. 
  • Assort fresh mint and rose petals throughout the yogurt. Add as much as you desire. Since the petals have a distinct, yet pleasant taste I would add just a few as shown in the picture.
  • Drizzle honey for added sweetness, but use sparingly (only a small amount is needed).
