Smoked Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • 4-5 strips smoked salmon wild
  • 2 cups baby kale
  • 1 tbsp creme fraiche optional
  • 1 quarter Meyer lemon (juice of)
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 sprig fresh dill de-stemmed
  • cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Assort baby kale on a plate and place strips of smoked salmon throughout. 
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and walnut oil.
  • Sprinkle fresh dill on salad along with cracked pepper.
  • Optionally add a dollop of creme fraiche.
