Smoked Salmon Salad

Ingredients
- 4-5 strips smoked salmon wild
- 2 cups baby kale
- 1 tbsp creme fraiche optional
- 1 quarter Meyer lemon (juice of)
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- 1 sprig fresh dill de-stemmed
- cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- Assort baby kale on a plate and place strips of smoked salmon throughout.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and walnut oil.
- Sprinkle fresh dill on salad along with cracked pepper.
- Optionally add a dollop of creme fraiche.
