Can’t we have a little New Year’s Eve elegance on New Year’s Day?! Yes, add a little caviar to your every day existence and you’ll be ringing the New Year in style with a healthy twist! No toast points needed here!

Psst – Caviar does not have to be expensive. There are many kinds to choose from. I found mine in a little jar at whole foods for under $15!

Just make sure the caviar is wild. Happy New Year and bon appétit!
