Belgian endive

crème fraîche

wild caviar

Instructions
Wash, dry, and peel apart Belgian endive leaves. Make sure all leaves are patted dry.
Scoop small spoonfuls of crème fraîche into each "boat".
Place a dollop of caviar on top of each boat with crème fraîche.
Sprinkle with chopped chives and voilà!
