So, what are EMFs exactly?

Airplane mode – This is a great option on your phone whenever you are not using it as a best practice, especially if you carry your phone in your pocket.
Keep Devices Away from Your Body: Use speaker mode or wired earphones to reduce direct exposure from your phone. While sleeping, keep your phone at least a few feet away from your body, shut it off completely, or even have it in another room.
Grounding, or earthing, – placing bare feet on the ground or evening gardening making skin contact with the earth is believed to offer several benefits in countering electromagnetic fields (EMFs) naturally.
