Course Appetizer
Prep Time 15 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Servings 2

Ingredients

  • 2 whole avocados
  • 1/4 red onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 halve lime (juice)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro minced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • chips (I use Siete Grain-Free Tortilla Chips)

Instructions

  • Remove skins and pits from your avocado. Set one pit to the side.
  • Mashup both avocados with a fork until lumps are removed. Make it as lumpy or smooth as you like.
  • Mince your garlic, cilantro, and onion.
  • Add to avocados. Squeeze 1/2 lime in the mix. Mix all together.
  • Salt and pepper to taste. That's it! Easy does it and entirely guilt free.
  • Place the pit in the bowl with the avocado blend (the pit helps to keep the color intact).
