Peach and Arugula Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh arugula as much as desired
  • 1 halve peach
  • 1 a handful of walnuts
  • 1 ball Mozzarella Di Bufala
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper as much as desired

Instructions

  • Place arugula throughout the plate evenly. Depending on your preference, you can opt for heavy greens (as I like it), or a light sprinkling of arugula.
  • Slice the peach and mozzarella into thin slices and place evenly over arugula.
  • Sprinkle the salad with walnuts and dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
