Instructions
Clean all herbs thoroughly and pat dry. Wait until herbs are completely dry for best blending.
Remove parsley, tarragon, thyme, savory, and sage stems. Give the leaves a rustic chop.
Place all herbs in either an herb grinder or a
food processor.
Blend until all herbs are chopped into fine pieces, as shown in the image below.
Store in an
air tight jar
, alongside other herbs in your cupboard for future use.
